You mean, how do I feel about my Griswold experience? Griswold continues to be an amazing network of warm, wonderful, caring, and highly competent professionals. (I have many other agencies ;from New York to New Jersey with which to compare). I would not leave my aunt in the care of aides from any other Home Care agency.

My Mother who is now deceased but received outstanding treatment by the caregivers and blended with hospice in her last few days.My Dad who is currently utilizing the caregivers assigned to us have been absolutely wonderful. They share any findings that may occur when we are not there either by phone or when I come there. I have always treated my aides as part of the family which I feel is an important factor.. The aides treat my Dad very well and maintain a schedule for him which he needs. I wouldn't change a thing.
