The experience over all was good however I am not very happy with the caregiver nor am I very happy with having to lay out the money in advance. It gets very confusing for me.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the caregiver, nor having to pay privately and waiting to get reimbursed. If you are not satisfied with the caregiver we can replace her. And i understand how confusing it is with the payments but we had no other option because your insurance company that did not want to accept a 3rd party company to handle the claim.
