I highly recommend working with Griswold Pinecrest. They are professional and have great communication with the family regarding the care they provide. The aides that worked with my mom were excellent. They provided the loving care one wants when dealing with a parent. Our aide became like family to us. Griswold worked with our long term health insurance company and there was never a problem with reimbursements. Overall, I had a very good experience. Yohana Ajete was very kind, helpful, and caring for my mother, who lived in a difficult environment, one she chose to live in. Being that I live in a different state and could only visit once a year, I feel Yohana did all she could for her and kept me informed of issues that I would otherwise not have known about.
