We have been extremely happy with Griswold staff and carers. They are easy to reach and are quickly responsive, and not living in the area where mom is makes that very important to me. Her carer is helpful, a great companion and proactive. I thought it was going to be difficult finding good carers, but needed look no farther than Griswold.

Griswold has been a lifesaver for us.When I as caretaker have to complete time-consuming errands, there is grave danger in leaving my severely disabled wife all alone. Griswold has always worked hard to find us competent and caring aides to fill this void. We are so grateful for their kindness and vital service.

Griswold (Laura in particular) was incredible in arranging 24/7 live-in caregivers, for my Mother, on very short notice! It was such a relief to speak with people who were very caring and sympathetic to my concerns, as to why I didn’t want my Mother to be alone for a few weeks, while my Stepfather required inpatient medical care. Griswold has been a very pleasant and helpful addition to our lives...Maynard and mine. Mary is great at doing what needs to be done ....and moving on to the next thing She has a cheerful attitude most of the time , is willing to take on anything and we feel like she is family as do our furry critters Lucy Ann and Gizmo. After 30 days with a different Home Care company, I switched to Griswold. I am very thankful that I did so. My parents had live in care until they both passed away peacefully in their on home. The 2 caregivers now feel like family to me. Not only did they care for my mom and dad, they cared for me emotionally as well. The office staff was also very friendly and accommodating, even though I rarely needed to contact them. I am happy to give them an outstanding rating!
