Jen and her staff are amazing! They are professional, kind, caring, responsive, and effective. It was less than 24 hours from my initial call when Lisette, the first “Griswold angel of Mercy” knocked on our door to help care for my husband. She joyfully treated him with kindness and dignity and was a wonderful support for my daughter and I at a very difficult time in our lives. I would rate them higher than five stars if I could. Jen is amazing. So nice to work with and navigated a very difficult situation effectively with my aging parent maintained there pride and dignity. She was able to get us caregivers on the shortest of notice even before we were technically clients. She set everything up, came to the house, got us established literally overnight so that care could commence. Griswold services are excellent! The girls they send to my home are wonderful and a big help to me! Sometimes, I wonder what I would do without Kindaelle or Melissa! I am in a wheelchair and they will run errands for me, help me down the stairs and even take you if you need to go somewhere. The service is excellent and the girls are very friendly and helpful. They even clean up around the condo, they will do mostly anything you ask them to do!
Griswold has been amazing. They sent us the most awesome person in the world (Lazara Rubio) to help with my husband’s care. He has Dementia, Diabetes, Parkinson’s and Macular Degeneration. She is so kind and gentle with him and does anything he needs. Without her, I wouldn’t be able to keep him at home. She has been a Godsend. Thank you so much Griswold.
