The caregivers were exceptional. We worked for a bit to create the perfect team, and Griswold worked with us to find the four perfect people to come into our home and help us with the journey that turned out to be the end days of my step mother. The four women who were with us til the end have become a part of our lives and hearts. We are grateful to Griswold for bringing them to us.

During our family's very difficult time over the holidays, Griswold Home Care was a godsend. My husband ( who has Alzheimer's ) & I were visiting my daughter in Florida for the holidays. Because we employed Griswold in New Jersey, we lined someone from Griswold in Florida for our 2 week stay. The caregivers came not knowing anything about my husband's level of care, but as he started deteriorating right before our eyes they adapted to his needs. Our initial primary caregiver (Kris) was excellent however she has had personal issues and now is not able to continue supporting us. Our next regular caregiver (Uleta) is good but not quite as constantly attentive and doesn't have as much nursing experience/knowledge but she is very helpful and friendly. The others that we get that tend to fill in and work the weekends, etc. now are not so good to bad. Also, seems to be a fair amount of turnover in the office. Hopefully the price increase will help.
