Excellent caregivers, good communication about schedule. I tried three other agencies and Griswold is the best by far.

Mostly excellent. I have used you full-time (24-7) for more than 3 1/2 years and part-time before that. 90-plus % of the time we have been very pleased, particularly when last-minute problems arise. For us, Joy has been a joy.

Martha was the best caregiver we Ever had. I feel that your caregivers are very underpaid!

Thanks for providing feedback. So glad Martha was a great fit! On the caregiver rate note, just a reminder, Martha is an independent contractor so you can pay her at whatever rate you like. The caregivers tell us their rates up front so we can quote you an overall rate but once they show up and you work together a while, you are welcome to negotiate a different rate if you like. PS....Since we strive for perfection, is there anything you can suggest for the Office to do better on our end ? Thanks Arthur and Frieda

We used Griswold for several years and were always very well taken care of and pleased with the high levels of commitment they have to their clients. They are definitely a quality organization and care about all.
