Most of your staff are great, and their presence provides a huge sense of security, but I feel like we're paying a fortune for people to mostly sit around and either watch Dad sleep or sleep along with him. Almost everyone we've had has been professional and compassionate, and when one hasn't fulfilled our expectations, your office staff has promptly removed them from the rotation.
