The women caregivers were much better than the 2 men. I thought my husband would do better with the men but that turned out poorly & the women were more comforting & dependable. It was often difficult to understand their language. Both Jim & I had problems with conversations frequently. Their English was very poor. The men especially seemed to be in "for the money", rather than caring for Jim.

We started off good. But then each week we started having problems. Instead of 5 days, we had two days. Says someone was scheduled and coupled times they did not show and we were not notified. It became very frustrating because my brother has ALS. Danielle was very nice. She was always polite and very sorry when the caregiver either called out unexpectedly (and there wasn't a replacement). She would always say, I am trying to get someone for a couple of days. WE had to go with another agency for that reason.
