My sister was the customer. I was just the POC. She told me one of her caretakers was on her phone all the time and had definite attitude problems. The other two caretakers we're GREAT. I understand the less-than-attentive caretaker is still employed by your organization. At least she was removed from my sister's care. I want to repeat - the two other caretakers we're WONDERFUL with a whole lot of heart.

So far everything has been super smooth. We love our care giver Sharon Busbee. She is loving caring friendly and extremely kind and accommodating to me and my mom. We love her. She definitely gives Griswold a good name. She’s a Keeper.
