We had a great relationship with the 24/7 Caregiver received through Griswold. It did take a bit of time, but having the same caring person day-in, day-out (nights included) made it easier to release a large part of our mom's care to someone else when we no longer could provide all the care she needed. We didn't have to have various shift Caregivers coming & going, which with the dementia mom was going through, was a huge plus in that it was the same person every day for her to grow to trust. i would definitely recommend Griswold after dealing with Renato. I am so grateful that he was able to step when and remedy a very bad situation that I was having with another branch of Griswold. I would never recommend that branch or that manager. The caregiver that Renato provided is absolutely wonderful! She has been a godsend to me and my family! I can't say enough good things about her.

The care for my mom was beyond our expectations. After her injury, she could not return directly to her home. She benefitted from staying with us and when we were not home to help her, the aides were just like an extension of our family. Thank you.

The staff in the office and the care givers are well matched to the customer and there needs. We have had several care givers when our regular one is on vacation and they are all respectful and from how they Carry themselves you know they are doing what they enjoy.
