The caregivers at Griswold Home Care took care of my wife for about 7 years. She had MS and other complications which resulted in her being a quadriplegic. The Griswold caregivers were professional, kind, and worked with us to maintain my wife's ability to live as full of a life as possible. The caregivers treated my wife as a whole person and never as just strictly a client. They truly enjoyed being a caregiver to her even when it was difficult. I highly recommend Griswold Home Care.

My sisters and I work and I live across the country. When our mom began to decline with Alzheimer's & Demintia we knew we needed help. My younger sister found Griswold Home Care. I did a lot of research and was very pleased that I went with Griswold in Brunswick, Oh. The caregivers were very well experienced and office staff were easy to work with. I basically had the same two caregivers that assited with the needs for my aunt. We have been using Griswold for the past year. The service is very reliable. Caregivers show up on time. They are compassionate and very accommodating. They always write a log of what they did while they were here. The caregivers are solicitous and respectful of the person they are caring for. We always get plenty of notice and options when any changes need to be made with scheduling. These changes are not very frequent and are always for valid reasons. It has been a very pleasant experience to date.
