Very satisfied. My mom has had her aide for a year and it has been a wonderful experience for her and our family. Therese has filled the gaps in care that we would not be able to do. The two of them have bonded. We are able to keep Mom in her home and avoid placement. We could not be more pleased!

I was very impressed by the service Griswold provided to my friend over the 18 months or so of his final sickness. The aides seemed generally competent and many of them appeared personally interested in how he was doing from day to day. Of particular note was supervisor Helen Briody who did her utmost to keep in touch with and update me on developments since I lived out of town and was my friend's only contact throughout his illness. I appreciated her concern and involvement throughout.
