Jessica is overall very helpful. She clearly prefers stores in which she enjoys the merchandise and seems bored, but still helps me, in others. She once asked me if she could get something quickly in a store I wasn't going into. That was inappropriate, and I won't agree again. She took 1/2 hour, and your service is expensive..

We have used you all for over a year and a half now maybe two years now we love the service we love the staff and the nurses that have been taking care of my husband Robert you are you all have done such an excellent job for us we could not ask for anything else I don't like to brag but from all the other companies that the VA has sent us so far you have been the best thank you for your service that you have been doing for us so far sincerely the HARBISON family

We have been very happy with Griswold for day helpers. It was harder to get someone for the nights, but finally we got an excellent aide to work overnight. The staff is very understanding and helpful. I would recommend Griswold to anyone who needs a home health care helper.

The staff was very nice. The problem was lack of help.
