Great experience My wife and I recently purchased a new RAV4 Prime from Groove Toyota. The car had to be ordered, and Tracy Lawson and team did a great job of keeping us updated on the status of the delivery and set proper expectations. Excellent experience Working with Sean and ERIC IN sales was just. Plain outstanding. These two combined provided us with probably the best sales experience we have ever had at an auto dealership. Lee in Finance was very easy to work with as well, no hard sell warranty pushes, etc. He just provided the facts and let us decide.
Very helpful and straighforward Everyone at Groove Toyota was very helpful and kind. We worked with Eric specifically. He was upfront with information (it's a weird time to try and buy a car), answered all our questions, and kept us updated throughout the process.
Thanks Brek & Eric I bought my new 2021 Toyota Venza hybrid from Groove Toyota a couple of weeks ago, and it the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. I had two sales person that worked with me, Brek and Eric. Both of them were helpful and very easy to work with. I had a lot of questions, and they answered them all. I didn't have to spend a whole lot of time at the dealership either.
2021 Highlander We bought a new Toyota Highlander in mid September from Groove. Tracy Lawson was the sales person who helped us and she couldn't have been easier and more helpful to deal with.
