"Repair sunroof operation" Tim Manley, Service Advisor, and Brian Cobain, Tech, did a super job of diagnosis, then repair. I was very concerned, as the vehicle is near-new and in perfect condition. Needed new tracks and new motor, repair went great, and all looks new .... thank you for great 6 star service !!!
"Purchase of car" Zach Voss helped us through the entire process and was extremely helpful in answering our questions. He had great knowledge and even stayed late to accommodate our schedule. This is the 4th car we purchase at Groove Toyota.
"innovative and fresh" So I first bought a 4Runner from Zach Vose in 2015 when the Air Force sent me to Colorado. To be honest - I dread the process. I actually went to a Toyota dealership closer to Buckley AFB and walked out when the salesperson played that game (you know - "I need to talk to my manager"). "Great Experience" I bought my Certified 2014 Toyota 4Runner here. Very easy process I was in and out. Have used service numerous times and had a great experience. I am minutes away from Stevinson and choose to drive 45 minutes to bring my car here. Adam Pearson was a great advisor to work with. My loalty stands with Groove for my 4Runner needs!
"Dedicated Employees! " My fiancé and I recently leased the 2018 RAV4 and working with Mason was a real pleasure! He took all of our concerns and finical situation into consideration and got us the best deal to fit within our budget. Even after the purchase we ran into insurance issues, he brought Paul in and they truly went above and beyond! We will forever be fans of this Groove Toyota and all the employees there, highly recommended.
"Best service from start to finish" We just purchased a used 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE from this place. Our salesman was Delmar Fralick, who was more than fantastic. Super nice guy, no pressure, straight shooter and kept me informed every step of the way. The car had some minor dents and scratches that they agreed to have repaired before we took possession of the vehicle.
