"Awesome!" Fantastic purchase experience with Groove. They got my new Tacoma ready in no time. I requested a number of upgrades which the handled quickly and easily. Impressed with the fact they had everything in stock I requested and my new Tacoma was ready in just a few hours.
"Easy & Fast Purchase Experience" I purchased a 2017 4Runner Limited in silver from the dealer this week. My sales personnel, Drew and Joshua, were awesome to deal with. I went in one evening looking but was unwilling to commit at the time. They realized this after some soft pushing and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. "Recall experience was great" I was in and out in less time than quoted. Timothy Mankey was very helpful and extremely courteous. This was not my first time to have replaced a recall item on my car. "Patient and knowledgeable " I had a very early morning appointment to get my car serviced. I showed up a day early on accident. Even though I was not scheduled and they were short employees that day, they offered to see me so I wouldn't have to drive back the next morning. "Very easy process, car properly priced." The 4Runner that I had been searching for was as advertised and was priced very competitively. The sales and finance department was awesome. "Customer Service at Groove is Extraordinary" Two years ago I bought a Toyota at Groove. I also bought extended protection from a third party service group. Recently, I had a problem that fell under the extended protection terms. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a copy of the extended protection agreement.
