I used Gropp Heating, Air & Electric for a duct cleaning recently, and my experience was very good. The technicians showed up on time, communicated clearly about the process, and worked efficiently. They were respectful of my home and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. After the service, I noticed better airflow and less dust in the vents. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the work and would consider using them again when needed.
Called for a furnace clean and service, was told 2-3 weeks (which was fine!) only to get a call back from the tech that he was able to go do the service ASAP! I was so relieved as this was for a tenant of mine. Tech called me back when he was done determining what needed to be done and I granted him permission to do the work. He was in and out in an hour!
Every time I needed an electrician Gropp was there for me. None of that 4 to 6 weeks out. They always have enough electricians on staff to accommodate the public. They have come to my rescue on 3 separate occasions and always polite and courteous and work fast to save you money. Even the office staff help as much as possible to save from an unnecessary cost of sending out an electrician. I won't call anyone else.

Group's Technician, Travis, is a real asset to the company. Smart, fast, friendly, communicative.
We've been customers of Gropp for a long time. We had to have our range hood replaced. Serviceman Nick came out and removed the old hood and of course found the wiring in an incompatible place. The exhaust pipe had to be rearranged and he had to cut some tile. He got the whole job done in very little time, told us everything that was going on. Nick and the whole Gropp outfit excellent as usual.
Amazing company that is reliable, professional, friendly, and always more than willing to explain things to you! Highly recommend!
Had a difficult to solve baseboard heater thermostat problem --------- and although the first technician had to call in another -------- the problem was solved. The electricians were knowledgeable, friendly, and putting their heads together solved the problem for me. I would recommend them to one and all!
Extremely reliable... professional... fast response... reasonable prices... Highly recommended! Not sure why Yelp thinks they've closed--they are most definitely open!!
Horrible experience with the owner, Les. He did not provide a quote for a new AC within a month. I am then told to find another company because I was "rude". Really? I stand up for myself and then have to deal with that attitude? Who is the rude one here? Les obviously needs to take a lesson in customer service and keeping his word.
