Gropp Electric was the WORST experience. They were inaccurate in their diagnosis, unprepared (didn't have standard parts in the truck), and created undue stress by making recommendations to replace a nearly new fireplace that actually was working perfectly. I got a second opinion from another service provider who was taken aback by the poor quality service I received. I would never recommend this company and would warn you to avoid them as well.
