This was my first encounter with Dr Bernal, and I would recommend him to anyone needing neurological testing. I was nervous going into the test because I have had EMGs in the past that have left me a little scarred to say the least Dr. Bernal came in and explained everything he was going to do step-by-step. He also let me know when things were going to hurt more than others, and let me know where he was going to access on the body parts to be tested. His bedside manner was fantastic and very professional at the same time.
Dr Bernal was so kind. He listened intently to all my concerns, addressed them and never made me feel rushed in the office. Great bedside manner!
Dr. Bernal took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and respond with good, useful advice on how I can combat my physical issues. He exhibits not only medical expertise but empathy as well.
Dr. Bernal is an excellent doctor who understands and works with me in managing my issues.
This was a follow up appointment. Dr Bernal reviewed my case and helped me to understand my options. He never pressured me into any treatment. He included me in deciding the next course of action.

Dr. Bernal was very thorough and attentive to my questions and concerns, offering advice on exercise routines vis a vis my neuropathy condition.. He took the time to hear my concerns and I left feeling my questions had been answered.
Dr Bernal administered injectable onabotulinumtoxinA for my debilitating migraines. He has a special touch when injecting the medication into my trapezius muscles, neck ,head and forehead. I have a follow up visit to evaluate the effectiveness of the procedure. Dr Bernal has a good bedside manner.
Dr. Bernal is outstanding! His bedside manner is great and there's no doubt he makes you feel like he is concerned about your condition.
