One of the nurse's/Technician was extremely rude to say the least. I had a bi lateral tonsilectomy age 55 with a biopsy of my larinx. The technician came in with a horrible attitude... I told her let the Dr. Examine me. She shook her head as walking out the door. The door was left open. She slammed my chart on the counter and said "these patients" I like my Dr. so I stayed.
