Dr Daube and his staff surpassed my expectations. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I had my otoplasty done here.Ive never had surgery and was nervous Cindy, Donna and the other nurse where very reassuring and comforted me. I had other consultations to meet other surgeons but after just speaking with Kim on the phone I knew this was going to be where I went. Genuine people! I highly reccomend them!

I just want to take a moment and recognize Paula the surgery scheduler. I have had issues with my sons insurance not once but twice now having to put off a procedure by over a month. Tomorrow is our surgery day and again insurance was an issue. she contacted me to inform me of this and took every step necessary to help us solve the problem! Im happy to say we are a go. she was polite and professional when dealing with me even though I was in full on momma bear mode and upset. THIS is why we love this office! thank you!
