I had surgery with Dr. Nickel yesterday at the Surgical Center for Excellence. My entire experience from beginning to end was informative, easy, and my recovery is going very well. Dr. Nickel is a great physician and surgeon. I highly recommend Dr, Nickel and Gulf Coast Facial Plastics, and ENT for outstanding care.

I receive allergy shots every month. Shandi is so awesome. She had me In and out so fast my truck was still cool inside. She is always so friendly, and kind. And she knows shots make me nervous. And she distracts me with a funny story or small talk so I don’t think about it. It’s really nice to go in and not feel like just a number. She always has the biggest smile. See you next month.

I cannot say ENOUGH about Dr. Daube and his staff! I've had laser peels at multiple places in Panama City and have never been as satisfied as I have been at Dr. Daube's office. I am now a forever customer! He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the results you are looking for and Kim is fantastic about checking on you and making sure you are doing ok before and after the procedure. I had a great experience at this facility! I received filler in my marionette lines, which were really bothering me, aesthetically, and they just disappeared. Dr. Daube was friendly and professional; I was relaxed during the procedure, which was quick and relatively painless. I did not even bruise afterward. Kim and Sara Martha were helpful in answering questions and showing me how to care for the injection site afterward. Great experience having my allergy testing done. I am not a big fan of medical office or anything like that. But Shandi made this process a whole lot easier. Also jessica daube is my ent aprn she is amazing as well when i was having ear pressure problems. Also samantha veerling my audiologist was amazing as well for me and my daughter for our hearing examines and help us come up with a pln to fix our hearing.
