Process was easy, just gave my service department my number and they took care of the rest, although the warrenty didn’t cover much of what I had done.. every little bit helps though.
They took care of my trucks issues in a timely manner. What more could I ask for? Also at no expense to me.

We had a problem with our Mercedes automatic trunk lock and replacement was necessary. Our auto repair shop submitted claim to warranty company and $500 of the repair cost was covered after my deductible. It was paid within hours directly to repair shop so I did not have to submit a claim. The repair shop said your auto warranty was one of the few that was legitimate, reliable and paid quickly.
