Very pleasant, the problem was solved, I'm back on the road without those annoying lights on the dashboard.
Warranty repairs were performed with minimum fuss. However I chose a Mercedes specific repair facility, though not the dealership. Very disappointed that full labor and parts costs were not made, less deductable. In San Diego it's not easy to find a certified mechanic that will accept your hourly rate.
Worked with the service department at BMW. Came on time. Understood the problem and all parties agreed and we got the car running.
