I an issue with MB GL 450. I had my air shocks leaking. I called GWC and got some instruction on how to enact my warranty. It was fairly simple and brought my vehicle to the GWC recommended garage. The work was completed in a few days. GWC paid for the parts and labor. I did have an issue after I picked it up however the mechanic fixed the issue free of charge.

This company handle my repair responsibly. Everything within my warranty that was covered and was paid for without any problems. The customer service was great ! They were able to give me repair shops close to where I live and which ones accepts my warranty. I didn't feel like I was on pins and needles wondering if I was going to be covered and how much out of pocket I was going to spend. overall, I had a successful experiences and would recommend to family and friends. -Tmj
I had some issues with my truck that needed attention. My mechanic was skeptical that GWC would cover the repairs because most companies do not. They submitted the claim and GWC covered over half the cost. Although I would have like to have seen them cover more, I thought it was fair. Thanks
