I needed some work done on my vehicle and GWC found a shop less than a mile from my home. The communication between GWC, the mechanic and myself was beyond excellent.

Everything was handled in a timely manner and professional.
Nothing at all! The whole process was smooth and incredibly quick. Took the car to the recommended repair shop, broken radiator was replaced quickly and with zero hassle. I would highly recommend GWC to anyone buying a second hand car. It is a must have in my opinion.
The hourly rate is low for the type of vehicle I have. I had to spend a fair amount out-of-pocket and take it to a different place that would work with me and you a little bit on the hourly rate. Otherwise experience was very good.

Well when you purchase an extended warranty for a Luxury Automobile you would think that the coverage would be cover the cost of the repairs not still leaving the owner to still be out of Hundreds of Dollars . I just felt like it would cover the repairs better
