It was nice to have the dealership to work directly with your company. It took a lot of stress off of me. The turnaround for approval and repairs were efficient.
I'm pleased with what was covered but I'm a little concerned as to why my car with under 60,000 miles needed a strutt and it wasn't covered under this warranty? I've only had the car since May 2017. It's a 2015 Cadillac Escalade I needed a new rotor and the air condition wasn't working.
