I knew that it paid to get the most comprehensive coverage after I bought my 2009 Subaru Outback. It was an excellent decision. It has made my purchase stress free. The policy is a predictable monthly bill but the elimination of repair costs is completely worth every penny.

I run a professional auto repair shop. This company tried to short me for my repairs by over $300. After authorization of about $1200 in repair, my team went to work. After repair, I sent in completed repair order. The claims department did not send me payment for 2 days. Once i saw payment, it was short about $300. When asked what happened, they stated "we don't know and please submit another claim." Another claim was submitted, and 5 days later I finally received full amount. I will not be working with this company again.

Second review, for this company. I wrote a review earlier, they sent me an email asking me for my contract but when I answer to the email, the email address they answer to me with is not found. So I dont' know if this web site is a scam. In case you need my info I dont mind to share them here , because it 's apparently the only way to communicate with this company. This is the worst company I had to deal with. Of course the good review comes from little claims that are a little amount. I have a warranty constructor with this company and my claim has been 4 months staying in the repair shop and the warranty company doesn't give us a decision , almost rejected my case for no valid reason (I say almost because they change decision every time I call them ). The amount of the claim is 10 000 dollars. So they are trying everything to don't accept the claim. This is insane!!!!
