I bought my car on November 24th 2018, I also purchased a warranty as well as gap coverage. I have a 2nd dealership warranty on my car as well, it’s a 2014 Ford Focus SE with 65,000 miles. On November 29th my engine light came on my dash and I called the mechanic approved by GWC right away, he had me bring the car into the shop, I have the plan where diagnostics + labor are covered. Fast customer service, approved repair in a timely matter
Fast and hassle free experience.
I was very pleased that the warranty company approved the work that needed to be done on my car. However, the auto place that we used stated that both parts needed to be replaced and GWC but only approved one part at a time. This delayed The repair buy several days. Also, it was delayed another day because an inspector had to come out and look at the repair that needed to be done. My car was in service over seven days.
