I purchased a vehicle late 2018 that had several mechanical problems I wasn't aware of; I also purchased a extended warranty plan. I'm glad I did, it was one of best thing I could have done. The warranty company fix the problems with no hassle.. Great job!

I purchased an exclusionary warranty from you not realizing that what that meant was excluding sufficient labor rates to pay the garage the rate they charge and excludes quality parts. For every repair done I’m still out of pocket for upgrading to bettering quality parts and $25 an hour for the labor charge underpayment! Not happy with that. I paid more than $2500 for a warranty that doesn’t cover fully any repair!

I was very happy with the speed of the process to get the job done. I wish I knew about the preferred facilities before my work order was processed at the Audi dealership. You need to add more preferred site to your list as well.
