Unfortunately the only reason you deserve a five star rating is because of your Claims Supervisor Mr Washeleski Who set the bar for Customer Service and understanding the importance of original parts as opposed to aftermarket based on the type of vehicle. I shared my concerns with 4 representatives from your both warranty and claims departments of which none had the common sense or understanding of the importance of that I was explaining. All the repairs were took care of but I still had to pay $650:00 out of pocket I thought that’s what we pay for a warranty for
