There were no hassels to getting my car fixed at all.
The auto shop you recommended to me was great! The service from them and GWC was great as well. The one thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that it took 9 days to repair and GWC only approved 5 hours of labor so you didn't cover any of the cost of my rental car.
Everything was excellent
Experience was very good, my only minor complaint is I had to accept aftermarket parts. I would have preferred Lexus parts, but that's what the contract states, and to be honest, GWC did authorize better quality aftermarket parts. I would renew with them, because on the repairs covered and approved by me, I have not had to pay anything. The other gripe doesn't apply so much as it does to the Lexus Dealer and that is that their labor rates are excessive!
