Work done on my 2013 MKX was done in a quick and timely fashion. Received the service survey promptly and the work was done in a relatively short time. The Service Advisor, Michael Duke, did and excellent job keeping me in formed and moving things along.
They were done in less time than we were told. Kept us informed on the time line.
