The pick up/drop off service is THE best thing to happen to Ford service! Maria M. & Cameron H. Provided excellent customer service to me today. My service advisor was Xavier, I would have appreciated a call to go over my multi point inspection or at least the multi point list of everything that was inspected and the result that you usually provide.
