When my wife called me from Norcross with a flat tire i rushed over to help her and saw that she had not only damaged two tires but had also cracked a wheel in the Fusion Platinum we bought here a few months ago (see previous post). We brought it right over to Charles Swank in service who took excellent care of us. He kept us updated on everything that was happening with our car. I went into this dealership thinking we were going to test drive a car, then buy used some place else. LT (Bryant Milon) helped us without being pushy or trying to sell us a car we didn’t want. He was very upfront about everything and answered all our questions. We went home to think it over and came back 2hrs later to buy the car. LT (sales) and Jake (finance) went above and beyond with helping us find exactly what we wanted financially. Car sales aside, they’re both simply good, honest guys!

Fast friendly service. Job finished on time and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately Ford no longer producing sedans so will not be making any future purchases from Ford.!

Cedric Edward's has always gone above and beyond. It has been a long time since I got an alignment at this dealership but the technician seems to have done an excellent job at a discounted price. Also another technician replaced a bulb in my floor console in a timely manner without having to make an additional appointment. I always appreciate the complimentary car wash.
