5 Star : Likely to Recommend Love this shop but this particular visit was below expectations. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service My car was in the shop and unusually long period of time based on the type of repair due to supply chain issues. This is understandable but a least a weekly update would be appreciated. Or an alternative is to order the part and have the car in for the repair. I felt like I was chasing down information and responses were delayed.
