Jimmy was awesome and the cashiers were excellent. It's like she read my mind and answered our prayer for putting us in the loaner 2021 Ford Explorer. It was perfect and exactly what we need and we will definitely be purchasing one by the summer for our growing family. Our car was very difficult to diagnose because it was probably 2 different issues but our Service Advisor,Charles, was always patient and kind in dealing with our concern and frustration. When it was finally fixed he seemed genuinely excited!! Also the cost was a little less than what we expected. The car had a wonderful complimentary detailing... Charles we appreciate you!!
