My sales representative was Bryant Milon aka LT. I have been a customer at Gwinnett Place Ford for a few years and when I returned to purchase a 2020 Ford Escape LT was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He did not make me feel pressured but he he did follow up with me a few times and built a rapport with me before I made my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close this deal with a payment that was comfortable for me.
