Wood delivery was great besides the creepy, stalker guy. Quality of wood is horrible. Still wet. Can't keep a fire going. Pops with the water. Charged @ $100 just to travel to hamilton. Don't recommend them, ever.
Object flew out of one of their trucks and smashed my friends car window. Driver refused to believe that he was at fault, said it just was not a possibility. Thank god their children were not in the car.
Horrible customer service. Ordering more dumpsters and dirt proved to be a tedious task with very little respect from their answering team. One of their drivers had a small incident involving hitting my car that was parked on the street. Trying to talk to anyone and get an answer from them about insurance, proved to be a waste of time. No one there, not even an owner, showed respect for me as a customer. Safe to say they have forever lost a customer. Called this company twice and was told someone would be out to bid my job. No one ever came out. Seem pretty unreliable.
