Excellent Service Jamal was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no appointment and he was able to schedule my oil change (and possible tire rotation) and 2 recalls on my vehicle immediately upon my arrival. During their vehicle assessment they determined that a tire rotation was not necessary (and did not perform one unnecessarily). New car purchase No pressure to purchase (which is always nice); Greg Berg at Halton Honda walked us through my options (the vehicle I originally wanted was not available at the first visit (I ended up with a more recent model in the end)), it was a pleasure dealing with Greg. Friendly and timely The service desk person Nigel was very friendly to talk to. They told it would be done by noon and it was! My car was clean.
Excellent service behind and in the waiting area. Nigel not only provided excellent service from behind the counter, but he took a few moments to come to the waiting area while my care was being serviced to engage in conversation. This illustrated he considered his dedication to customer service to not only be behind the desk!

Best ever I was met by Marc Hanley. He was very professional yet friendly. He took care of my problem and was very helpful and empathetic. Previously I was going to a different garage but now I will be coming to your location! Firstly, because of the excellent service I received from Marc and second, I don’t think my former garage would have caught the issue with my car.
