We just purchased a new CRV LX AWD as a third vehicle for ou We have been Honda customers for many years, and that is large part to Marc Pregnalato. He is so knowledgeable, efficient and most of personable. I feel that he treats his customers the way he would treat his family members. The staff in the service department are also great to deal with.
Great service! I went and saw Ryan Zogala to get my new 2018 Honda Civic EX-T Coupe and I couldn't be happier! He is great! Very knowledgeable, honest, patient and kind! The only thing I would criticize, would be the condition of the inside of my car. It looked like whoever cleaned it did not wipe everything down. There were drip stains everywhere.
