What maintenance the maintenance is nonexistent my fireplace hasn’t worked since I moved here. It was supposed to come and change my microwave April 2023 and they still haven’t done it. I talked to Amy three months ago supposed to be done still not done this place is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
