I was referred to Dr. Pugh by my normal dentist. Turns out I had an abscess up in the roof of my mouth that was wrecking shop up around one of my front teeth and a root canal was needed to clear it up. I don't think I could have been pointed at a better team than Dr. Pugh and his crew at Hamilton Mill Endodontics. Fantastic, wonderful, quick, and most importantly....painless! Excellent experience!
I would give more stars if I could! I was out of town on vacation when the pain started and, of course, no dentist out of state could get me in at the last minute. Drove home on a Saturday and was in excruciating pain. Made phone call after phone call in the middle of the night and left messages everywhere. The ONLY person to call me back on Sunday was Dr. Didato. Keep in mind, I was not a patient in this office before then. He gave me advice and agreed to see me first thing Monday morning. Recently moved to GA and my 11 y/o son needed to get his tooth checked out as he's been getting pain where the root is. Took him here for his 1st visit and the staff and Dr. Fry were amazing. Dr. Fry explained everything to both him & I on what needed to be done and took her time with him.
I had a root canal done today at 1:00 by Dr. Frye. It was painless and I was back to work 15 minutes after my appointment. I was nervous because my tooth was already hurting when I walked into the office. Dr. Frye was super professional and very caring. I recommend Hamilton Mill Endodontics to everyone!
Woke up with a horrible toothache and found out it was abscessed. My general dentist sent me here. I made an appointment but it wasn't for another 4.5 hours. I didn't have a long wait when I got there but the staff was very polite. The girl up front even asked how my tooth was feeling; which at this point had finally stopped with a warm compress.
