Dr. Pugh and his staff took great care of me recently. I was having trouble with an old root canal procedure. Dr. Pugh diagnosed and explained what was going on; and, what he would do to try and save my tooth. The whole experience was made less stressful by his skill, professionalism, and personable demeanor. I even asked to reschedule an appointment at the last moment (while in the chair). Dr Fry did my root canal and who would have thought a dental procedure could be so easy and painless.
Dr. Pugh did my root canal and it was completely pain free from getting numb and throughout the whole treatment! He finished the root canal so quickly and made sure that I knew what to expect afterwards. I was a little sore after and Dr. Pugh had me come back in and he adjusted my bite and then checked to make sure everything resolved! I had an abscessed tooth and was in a lot pain. Dr. Didato was kind enough to meet me at his office on his day off to do a root canal, which was completely above and beyond what he needed to do. I've had a few root canals done previously by others, and Dr. Didato was able to do the procedure more quickly and painlessly than any of the others. I've had 2 root canals done by Dr. Fry. I can't figure out why people make such a big deal out of having a root canal! Both of my experiences were basically equivalent to the "ordeal" of a simple filling--no big deal. I was informed about cost before the appt itself. I was instructed clearly about what to do if I had pain (I had no pain!). Dr. Fry communicated precisely about the procedure both before and as she worked. Very impressed with Dr. Frye and the entire office. My care was excellent and there were no surprises concerning costs. I always want to know everything up front and that was provided to me before my first appointment. I also had minimal wait time for both appointments.
