Recent tour Took a tour recently of Hamilton Ridge. I’m very picky when it comes to finding a place to live but this community exceeded my expectations compared to most. Clean, quiet, and well-managed community. Management was professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Recently toured and it was nice I recently had the opportunity to tour Hamilton Ridge and it was really nice. The fire pit and fireplace added such a cozy vibe, and the stainless steel appliances gave the kitchen a sleek and modern look. I was really impressed with the overall design and attention to detail. Highly recommend checking them out.

Verified Renter I’ve lived out here since January 2019 & I’ve enjoyed my time here! Very quiet with friendly neighbors. Lots of stores & restaurants near by, which is really convenient. I love it here!

Great place to live This apartment is great! The rooms are spacious, well designed, and bright. Marlee was very helpful and accommodating to our needs throughout the whole process; she was even willing to switch our 3rd-floor apartment with a ground floor on the day we moved in. It may seem like it would be loud due to the traffic on Creedmoor Road, however, once you are inside you don't hear any of the traffic noise whatsoever. Overall Hamilton Ridge is a great place to live!

Prime location and LOVE the renovations! You'll fall in love immediately once you see the model! It's so secluded and almost a country mountain feel when you enter. The apartments are spaciousness and open. We love it here and so close to shopping centers, mall and downtown.

DO NOT LIVE HERE These apartments were the worst place I’ve ever lived for a multitude of reasons. Our move in date was changed multiple times, with one of the changes literally being made as we were on the way with our moving truck to the apartment. We had to turn around and couldn’t move in that day. We had to basically beg staff to get a cleaning crew to clean our apartment before we moved in. On another note, any maintenance issue you have, it takes forever for them to come fix it (if they even come at all). We had mold ... read more
