Hamilton Ridge - a story of greed and incompetence The actual apartments are good and I have no complaints. But the management company is just awful. They are terrible communicators - emails take weeks to get a response if I ever even hear back, calls are almost never returned, I never get follow ups on maintenance issues, and my contract renewal has been a nightmare. Horrible staff overpriced apartment The reason for my star is due primarily to management. They are so unorganized and they try to rip off their tenants in any way possible. I would never work with JMG again after my horrible experience with them. I have so many horrible stories and my lease was only 6 months.
bait and switch They are renovating apartments to lure new residents in. Once you are here, the honeymoon is over. Your best interests are NOT their top priority.
Nightmare on timber drive Water damage in 4951-203 that they are refusing to fix properly don't move in here! Also the apartments are dingy and not cleaned between tenants. My car was broken into while parked in the parking lot, nothing stolen because nothing to steal. Maintenance is slow to respond. Kitchen small and poorly laid out, cannot open refrigerator all the way. Cannot pull refrigerator or stove out to clean behind them. Not a good place to live.
Terrible Management Greystar took over in June and they keep charging us the wrong rent because they messed up the first month and never explained it even though we've tried multiple times for them to figure out what went wrong and they don't care enough to bother with it and act like basic math really isn't that straight forward. Don't trust these people with your money!
