I am waiting for a hip replacement and I also have arthritis is my knee. Lauren is amazing and always eases the pain. Recently when I was upset about a letter from my surgeon containing a lot of technical language I didn't understand Lauren explained everything in layman's terms, showed me with models of the spine and generally put my mind at rest. I can't recommend Lauren or the practice enough. Fantastic service. Brilliant staff.

Friendly welcoming and very helpful, more than willing to accommodate appointments. Lauren, was very thorough with her consultation, polite and friendly. Very good at assisting with my issues, made me feel very comfortable and at ease ever visit. Would highly recommend the company.
