Charlie in the Salem location was very helpful when I dropped my bands off to be sautered together. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

Charlie and Mary were awesome. I was in a rush and they quickly helped me pick out a new watch for my dad and in the meanwhile replaced two batteries on my own personal watches. Nowadays, you don’t receive customer service at this level. Thank you guys, much appreciated.
