After shopping several area jewelers I lucked out by finding Tiffani. She’s a true gem and made my experience truly unique and special. There’s nobody like her and her entire team made me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend Tiffani in Salem.
Took my step-son to look at engagement rings for his girlfriend. We work with Tiffany who was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to what he wanted and worked with him on pricing She was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We spent 1 1/2 hours with her and my step-son walked out very happy with a ring that is in the process of being made. Thank You Tiffany. You are an amazing jeweler!
The employees are very friendly and the service was exceptional. They are also very knowledgeable. I had two watches brought in for battery repair and they did an excellent job. Definitely will be back again! Thanks Great job to all!
