Eric and Tiffany were great as always! They have helped my wife and I on multiple occasions including with our engament ring and wedding bands and we always leave happy! Went in today for a cleaning and repair and they couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Thanks again!

I came in to have my watch resized and spoke with Tiffani and Bill who were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk too, got my watch resized in a matter of minutes. Tiffani brought up that they were having a half off sale for wedding bands after bringing up that my finance and I are getting married next May, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to come down and see them for all your needs located at the Nashua Lane mall!

5 stars on the customer service. 4 Stars for a bracelet we purchased. It broke 2 x, but With (ERIC'S EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) we received, we got a new bracelet replacing the broken one but once again it won't clasp. That is a design failure NOT A HANNOUSH FAILURE. I recommend HANNOUSH jewelrs.
