I came in to have my watch resized and spoke with Tiffani and Bill who were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk too, got my watch resized in a matter of minutes. Tiffani brought up that they were having a half off sale for wedding bands after bringing up that my finance and I are getting married next May, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to come down and see them for all your needs located at the Nashua Lane mall!

5 stars on the customer service. 4 Stars for a bracelet we purchased. It broke 2 x, but With (ERIC'S EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) we received, we got a new bracelet replacing the broken one but once again it won't clasp. That is a design failure NOT A HANNOUSH FAILURE. I recommend HANNOUSH jewelrs.

Customer service was fantastic. Tiffani was so helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for in little time. She had the ability to be on a personal level but also professional. The store manager is extremely pushy and will pressure you to make a sale and not let you return it. He can’t make a decision it was “let me make a phone call” I felt like I was at a car dealership trying to buy a car. The man is a cheat and lier so do yourself a favor and go to another Hannoush location and save yourself a BIG headache. The earring that I bought were over $2,600.00 and broke in my hands I never got to even wear them. The thought of dealing with him again makes me want to cry! Buyer beware!!!

Everything went smoothly
People were ok but when I called on sat and gave the ring #s I was told it was on sale for $1150 till Sunday . drove down and got there less than a hr later after call and was told no the sale is $1600 well that’s a big difference. The 3rd or 4th rig Iv bought from there may be the last .
Today we shopped at Hannoush Jewelers in Nashua. My wife had an antique ring that was missing a 0.50 caret diamond, which we were looking to replace. We first tried to stop in Barkmakian on Daniel Webster highway. But we literally felt like we had walked into a large deli and after spending 20 minutes trying to get the attention of some store employee to ask who we should speak to about what we were looking for, we were directed by a Security Guard where to go.
