Today we shopped at Hannoush Jewelers in Nashua. My wife had an antique ring that was missing a 0.50 caret diamond, which we were looking to replace. We first tried to stop in Barkmakian on Daniel Webster highway. But we literally felt like we had walked into a large deli and after spending 20 minutes trying to get the attention of some store employee to ask who we should speak to about what we were looking for, we were directed by a Security Guard where to go. This is a fantastic family owned business with a jeweler, who does fantastic work, right on site. I will say, I did have an issue with a misunderstanding, but the store manager Tiffani went far above and beyond what I could have ever asked to make things right! Hannoush Jewelers is definitely my new go to jewelry store!
I am hoping I am more pleased with my jewelry than I am with their customer service. Don’t call asking for an update, you are treated rudely and hung up on.
